INTERNAL USE ONLY

  • Once you have navigated to the client Qstream site, click on the User Admin tab.

  • Once the questions are published, it’s time to enroll users under the “Users” option on the client’s portal site.
  • “Add Users” is for giving someone access to the system but NOT launching the questions (i.e., client contacts who want access to reports but do not need to take questions, such as a Richardson AD or DA, etc.)
  • “Enroll Users” is for launching users to take questions.
  • “View Events” allows you to view launches scheduled in advance.
  • “Manage Users” allows you to edit or access information about existing users in the system (i.e., email addresses, disable a user, reset a user’s password, etc.)

To launch, select “Enroll Users.”  From there, the “Upload CSV file” (comma delimited) option in the center will be your most commonly used way to launch users.  Select this option, upload your finalized roster, and review the participant list for any errors after you upload (i.e., some users may have already been launched into the system in a previous group and will be highlighted).  Make sure to note not to bill for participants who have already been enrolled for the Billing Team.

  • Scroll through the list, and uncheck any users you do not want to launch, if needed, and click “Continue.”

  • Now, you need to select the correct question set that users will take by clicking “Choose Qstream.”  Then, find the correct questions and click “Add.”

  • Scroll through the list, and uncheck any users you do not want to launch, if needed, and click “Continue.”

  • Now, you need to select the correct question set that users will take by clicking “Choose Qstream.”  Then, find the correct questions and click “Add.”

  • On the next screen, review the participant enrollment list and make sure each user has “Will be enrolled” under their user details.  If anyone appears as “Already enrolled,” you can continue with the launch, but note how many people are already enrolled.  The number of people previously enrolled (and billed for) will have to be noted for the billing team.  If that happens, note how many people were in the group, how many were previously enrolled, and what the current bill count should be.)  If everything looks ready to launch, select “Submit.”
  • The system will now process the event, and you’ll see a progress bar indicate how many participants have been launched.

  • Once all users have been launched successfully, you will see a message on the platform that all users have been launched as well as an email notification from Qstream.

  • Using the link in the email notification, verify that all users launched successfully in the User Admin function.  Look out for any users with “Email bounced” under “User Details.”
