If a client has multiple Qstreams, please note to change the header title for “Class Date” and “Course,” remembering to make these values unique.  A client can have only one unique tag at a time. 

To differentiate class dates and courses:

• Create a CSV file with email address, first name, last name, and new tag name as the headers.
• In the Qstream platform, go to the “User Admin” and select “Manage Users>Upload CSV.” 
• Then, go to the “Manager Users” tab and select “Continue” and submit. 

To crosscheck if any of your existing clients are affected:

• Pull an Engagement Report (see Reporting section information), and if there is more than one Qstream, the class date should be unique to that header (i.e. Class Date – CSS)
• Under “User Admin,” click on “View Events.”  Then, change the date range to encompass the range you would like to check.
