Pulling an Engagement Report in QuickCheck

  • On the client’s portal site, select the “Reports” tab.  From here, you can select “Reports” again or “Manager Dashboards” to view the Manager Dashboard reporting.  For an engagement report, select the Reports option.

  • Next, select, the “Engagement” tab and then the “Export to CSV” option.
  • From here, the system will export a CSV file containing raw data on participant activity.  Review the file and do QA as necessary before sending to the client.  
  • NOTE:  It is recommended to delete the “Warnings” and “Opted Out” columns.  These are never populated with data, and clients do ask about them on occasion.
