- Under the “Summary” tab, click on the Report filters drop down menu, and then select the appropriate “User tag” used to compare the data according to client needs (i.e., by manager, division, company, etc.). A user tag must be selected in order to pull these reports. Select “Export report.” You can further filter the data you wish to see in the fields below (i.e., if you only want to look at one or a couple session date(s)). To filter down the group further, go to the “Only include” section and the “User tag” row. Select the tag and the value that you want to filter by and click “Update report.” You will see the values change in the reports on the system. You can click “Export report.”

- Review and do QA as necessary to each tab of the Excel file that the system generates. On the summary tab, the percentages sometimes export on top of the pie chart, so it can be more readable to move them over. On the heatmap tab, make sure all of the column headings are visible. Send to the appropriate client contact, and include the AD (if applicable) and RVP as well.
