As users join the meeting, gallery views will become available.  It is recommended that participants and facilitator leverage the gallery view in order to replicate an in-person classroom experience

Full gallery view will only be available when screen share is not in use. When the screen share functionality is in use, only the first 5 participants will appear in your window. To see more participants, you can expand the Zoom window to the full size of your monitor. 

NOTE: When you screen share, the navigation menu bar moves from the bottom of your Zoom window to the top and the icons are hidden, expect for the "Stop Share" button. To recover the navigation/menu bar, hover your cursor above the Share icon and the navigation menu bar will reappear.
