This Accelerate Initial Client Requirements and Requests Email template has been developed to streamline the customer experience throughout the Accelerate launch process.

How to Use

  • Open the Accelerate Initial Client Requirements and Requests Email template and copy/paste into Outlook
  • Obtain the customer's tenant URL from the Senior Admin and update it in the Whitelisting section
  • Adjust the lead-in text or table as needed based on where your customers are in the kick-off or launch process. Perhaps you only need to provide the logo and whitelisting requirements, for example.

Best practice is to review the information with the customer (include the Senior Admin as needed) and send the communication as follow up.
