There are times when you may need to stop notifications from being sent to a user; scenarios may include:
- User is on extended leave and therefore does not need to receive the reminder notifications
- User will be rescheduled for learning and you don't want to mistakenly send them a launch notification
- User will never receive access and has only been added to the tenant for hierarchical purposes
Navigation: Users > User List
- Enter the user's first name and/or email into the Search field. The full name/email does not need to be entered.
- Select the user's name to be taken to their show view.
- Select Edit and tick the Block Email box then Save.
