Change a user/s email or permission level

Navigate to the user and click Edit.

 

CHANGE EMAIL

  1. Enter the email address
  2. If the Block Email is active/blue and the Bounce Lock grayed out, untick the Block Email box. This will allow emails to be sent to the new email address.
  3. Click Save.
  4. If the user had never confirmed the previous email address, click Resend Launch Email.

 

CHANGE PERMISSION LEVEL

  1. Change the Role field to 'participant' or 'client admin' as needed and click Save.
