Navigate to the user and click Edit.
CHANGE EMAIL
- Enter the email address
- If the Block Email is active/blue and the Bounce Lock grayed out, untick the Block Email box. This will allow emails to be sent to the new email address.
- Click Save.
- If the user had never confirmed the previous email address, click Resend Launch Email.
CHANGE PERMISSION LEVEL
- Change the Role field to 'participant' or 'client admin' as needed and click Save.
