So what do end users actually see in their left menu when they log in? In Accelerate, users are defined as below which determines which menu options and users they have visibility to. Please note that a user will have the applicable menu as defined below regardless if they have been assigned to any content. If content has not been assigned, users will see the following message in the Up Next box on their Today page: Check with your leader for enrollment information.

Supervisor
Definition: someone who has been assigned as a Supervisor for an Organization Group, Territory, or User Group. Someone can be a Supervisor for any number and combination of Organizational Group, Territory or User Group without having to be a member of that/those items. This allows Supervisors to have visibility to users who may not directly report up through them.
Example: Cathy manages users in the Cookies Organizational Group but she also needs to see users in the Cake Organizational Group and the Sugar Decoration User Group while her colleague is on extended leave. Setting Cathy as a Supervisor for the Cake Organizational Group and for Sugar Decoration User Group will allow her to see those users without have to reassign her as the direct manager of those users or putting her into those two items.
