Email notifications sent to users are summarized below. Should you need to provide to a customer, including screenshots, please see Accelerate Email Notifications.
If emails are disabled for a tenant (Account Features > Account Options), the only notifications that will continue to work are the Password Reset and Unlock Instructions.
If a customer requests emails no longer be sent to users, select the applicable users from the User List > Bulk Edit > Block Email > Yes.
Customer tenants utilizing Single-Sign-On will send notifications as outlined below except where otherwise noted.
Please note that notifications cannot be customized!
