The attached email template has been developed to streamline the customer experience throughout the Accelerate launch process. This launch communication should only be utilized for customers who have already had an initial launch and are adding new cohorts to an existing course.
Purpose & Key Information System Requirements, support materials, and client actions are provided in a clear and consistent manner for customer ease of use.

How to Use
- Open the Post-Initial Launch Client Requirements Request Email template and copy/paste into Outlook
- Adjust the lead-in text or table as needed based on where your customers are in the kick-off or launch process.
- Attach the following documents: to ensure version control, navigate to the link provided and download for each customer communication - do NOT store these documents in personal or team folders!!

- Accelerate Experience Overviews. Please delete what you don’t need from the list in the Requirements and Requests Email.

Best practice is to review the information with the customer (include the Senior Admin as needed) and send the communication as follow up.
