If a scheduled or holding date changes, should the CEC change the Project Status back to "Resource Requested"?

Yes, to ensure that it pulls through in reporting dashboards and will trigger updates, please change the status to “Resourcing Requested” and send a communication through the project with the requested changes.  Please be sure to review your client’s cancellation and postponement policy to cross-check if any fees would apply for such changes to communicate proactively with your customer if they would like to move/adjust.

What if my client requires registration for Zoom meetings and the client also needs to receive the registration link instead of the meeting link? How do I set this up?

If your client requires Zoom registrations, please select the Client Provided Link box on the project when submitting the request and then manually create the Zoom link/s with registration.

If a workshop has to be recorded, how should I set this up?

Please log into the Zoom account associated with your meeting link and you can enable recording for that session/s.  An alternative is to notify the facilitator in your logistics package if you leverage the Zoom automation.

When setting up ILT projects, do we need to update tasks to individual delivery days vs one ILT task?

All projects default to the VILT setup when generated. Prior to sending a resource request, the CEC should adjust the tasks based on the cadence and ask of the customer. The Resourcing team will create the allocations and assign to the tasks which have been set up.

What if my client has more than one trainer on the same virtual event within a project; e.g. breakout management?

In this instance, please select the Client Provided Link box on the project when submitting the request and then manually create the Zoom link/s.
