• Cancellation policies are typically on Richardson paper in our MSAs.  In some circumstances, from legacy agreements or on customer paper they may be at the SOW level. 
• Our standard language is presented in business days, provided, however, during negotiations, a client may request calendar days. If a contract does not specify either explicitly, common contracting practice is to count as calendar days.
