What type of items are typically changed by a customer during redlining?

  • At the MSA level that would impact CSG specifically, it would be related to cancellation terms. In addition, we may redline and negotiate revised payment terms.  Non-negotiables are limitation of liability caps, assignment provisions, mutual indemnification and confidentiality, IP ownership.
  • At the SOW level, it will typically be auto-renewal terms, payment schedule, or requested scope adjustments (additional design interviews as an example) or requesting attrition licenses.
