Please click here to view a tutorial on how to find the difference in rows.
This allows you to review the differences between an original set of data against the other. Common use cases can be for use of comparing if a manager relationship or hierarchy (territory, etc. has changed).
Make sure your data is formatted to compare across rows and you can easily see and highlight differences to dive into.
Highlight your data sets and then CTRL + G then select Special and select the type of field you want to review (in this case differences in rows) and you can then use the cell fill in shade to spot the differences.
Use Case: I want to compare an export of the org report with reporting relationships against the new export to see if any reporting changes happened? Using CTRL + G and setting the differences function on, you can highlight in your dataset what has changed. In the user example in the clip, I changed reporting structures from people and it allows you to spot the differences. You can use this for columns, etc.
