The surveys are as follows:
- Sentiment Survey: This is currently deployed at the start of the learning experience
- NPS survey: presented to the user when they complete 50% of learn topics in a course. It is presented in every course. The scoring scale is 0-10. For NPS, a score of 9-10 is considered Promoter, 7-8 is considered Passive, score of 6 or below is a Detractor.
- “On a scale of 0-10, how likely would you be to recommend this course experience to your colleagues?”
- Product Experience survey: presented to the user one time when they complete 50% of learn topics within any course
