Enrolling Users in Accelerate Learn and QuickCheck

To enroll users in Accelerate Learn and Quick Check, please enter the required fields highlighted in the screenshot below: 

 

Accelerate Learn Enrollments

  • Start Date and Sales Order are required to enroll a user in the course

 

Quick Check Enrollments

  • If the user is not given a QC start date or expiration date, then the user will gain access to QC once they complete the core assessment.​

  • Alternately, a start date can be entered that will override the automated start date.​

  • The standard expiration date of the QC will be 12 weeks after the start date (84 Days)​

  • User access will end at expiration date or SO expiration date, whichever comes first unless there is an expiration date entered to override the default expiration date or SO expiration date.


 

  • The "Enroll Selected User" button will enable when the required fields are all filled out. 
  • Users need to be enrolled in Accelerate and QuickCheck individually but happens on the same enrollment panel. 
  • The system will prompt you with a confirmation window that has the number of users selected to enroll in Accelerate or QuickCheck. 
  • When you click “OK,” you will see a banner confirming the number of users successfully enrolled in either Accelerate or QuickCheck
