Enrolling Users with No Start or Expiration Date

When a user is enrolled with no start date or expiration date filled out when enrolled in QC, they will be in a “Pending” course status, start date, and expiration date.

When the user completes the Core Assessment of the Program or Capability (or last Learn lesson if no Core Assessment is available) they will gain access to QC. The user will have 12 weeks (84 days) to complete unless the SO alters the access.

Once the user is given access:

  • Course Status is changed to Enrolled.
  • Start date appears on the date of course completion.
  • Days Remaining will appear with the remaining time the user has until the Access term expires.
    • Note: Days Remaining is completely dependent on the expiration date. If no specific date has been added the user has 84 days.
  • Expiration Date appears and will be 12 weeks after the start date.
